The safety of our guests & staff are our number one priority. We have implemented new safety protocols to help prevent the spread of viruses such as COVID-19.
We strive to be one of Omaha's safest & most thrilling destinations.
We have trained & will continue to train our staff on the latest safety protocols & guidelines to ensure every guest has a fun and safe experience!
In accordance with local government & CDC guidelines we have enhanced sanitation procedures and implemented additional measures for distance spacing and screening.
Please note that the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk from severe illness from COVID-19.
Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.
We appreciate your cooperation during this unprecedented time.
Frequent hand sanitizing, and facial coverings are highly recommended.
Staff will be wiping down & cleaning touch points in "higher traffic" areas.
We encourage everyone to purchase your tickets ONLINE, but for those who need to purchase tickets on-site you may do so at our ticket booth.
We will be limiting the capacity of the trail, so lines may be a bit longer than usual on
our busier nights (Fridays & Saturdays). If you don't want to wait in lines,
then we recommend purchasing a FAST PASS or simply visiting on a weeknight!
We can't wait for you all to return & have an amazing night with us!
We hope things can get back to normal soon and we will continue to go above & beyond to ensure that everyone has a safe & fun experience when visiting.
Hopefully these extra guidelines will only be necessary for this season,
